Such begins the adventures of an amateur game developer, writer, film critic, and man about town.
My Favorite Things
- Redheads in tight pants
- Key Learning: A simple Twine game that I used to learn how to use variables and how to post online.
My Games on GameJolt!
- GROM: A TRON inspired game - more of a technical test to see if I could make a text-based terminal and use arrays for collision in Gamemaker: Studio. It has a text terminal style menu where you can register a username and the game will also record wins and losses for that username, a Lightbikes game, and an original Jai Alai game.
- Gem Jumpin': A self-imposed game jam, this was a game made in 20 hours. It's about a whale trying to protect its jewel from a bunch of kleptomaniac birds while collecting coins.
It's hard to describe.
- The Mascot Forest: A roguelite Horror game I made for the 2016 Meatly Game Jam on Game Jolt. You play a man lost in a forest after dark, as evil mascots chase after you and try to kill you. You will have to collect keys to move on to the next part of the forest, and bullets to attack the mascots coming to kill you.
This is going to have some little article pieces about my games, what inspired them, how I made them, and stuff like that.
